As well a the "Your Top Careers Area" the tests are broken down into an additional 9 sections, one for each of the motivational worker traits as shown below:
- Job Content - tasks you want to perform
- Temperament - how you prefer to perform tasks
- Aptitude - how you like to express your performance of tasks
- People - how you relate to people
- Things - how you relate to things, materials, processes etc
- Data - how you relate to data and information in your work
- Reasoning - how you relate to reasoning and decision making

If you haven't already you should have listed the skills and behaviour the role your considering will require. Read the hub on how to interpret a job description for further advice.
Then highlight your motivational descriptive sentences and words that you feel passionate about, and are in context with the target role.
These are the descriptions of core behaviour and personality that most people struggle to articulate in their CV, and therefore don't include.
Yet this is the content that brings your CV to life, making it truly unique to you. Injecting your personality in this way will increase your likability factor for the reader, as most CV's are not much more than a list of dates and responsibilities.
You are also setting yourself up perfectly for interview, because the descriptions you will have selected will be true to you, meaning you will be far mare passionate and confident at interview.
